principle is to reclaim the heat which is supposed to be ejcted as

Hong Kong SAR Government has encouraged
existing building owners to carry out alteration, addition or
improvement works to upgrade the energy efficiency performance of
building services installations for communal use in residential,
commercial, industrial buildings or composite buildings. Funds
will be granted on a matching basis. For applications involving a
single building, a limit of 50% of the approved total actual
expenditure spent for the energy efficiency projects will be reimbursed
subject to a maximum of HK$500,000 per application. We would be glad to
